If you are getting this message when you try to redeem your code, the most likely cause is that the code you are entering is incorrect.

The code needs to be entered exactly as it is displayed in your email and is case sensitive. Your voucher code is usually between 9 and 10 digits long and will contain both letters and numbers.

If this doesn't work, Please either complete the contact form on the previous page or email us at customersupport@salonboxed.co.uk Please try to include as much information as possible and include your wowcher code.

During busy periods you will receive your items within 10 working days.

We use Paypal as our payments provider as they are a big well known name that mean your payment details are kept safe and secure.

None of your card details are held by us at anytime, they are received and stored securely by Paypal who then forward on the funds to us.

You don't need to have a Paypal account to complete payment to us. When you go through to Paypal there is an option to checkout as a guest. This will allow you to use any debit or credit card to complete your payment to us.

If you do have a Paypal account you can either fund the payment from your Paypal funds or you can use a debit or credit card.

  1. On our main Website www.salonboxed.com please click on Redeem A Voucher
  2. A drop down menu will appear and you will then need to select Wowcher
  3. A further menu will open, choose the Detox Patches.
  4. Add the Detox Patches to your cart.
  5. You will be asked to provide your voucher code before you can add the patches to your cart.
  6. Once the patches have been added to your cart please click on Shopping Cart at the top left of the page.
  7. Click on use a coupon
  8. Enter your Voucher code in the Box that appears
  9. Click on Apply Coupon
  10. Your Shopping Cart total should now display £1.99 plus any additional products you have purchased.
  11. Click on checkout to complete your order, provide us with your delivery address, contact details.
  12. Once you've confirmed your order with us and made payment if needed you will receive an email from us confirming the details of your order
  13. Wait for your Detox Patches to arrive!
